1. Who we are and what this is

The longev.eu website is operated by Larysa Danyuk (ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 1/49, 02-957 Warszawa, Poland; +48 532 875 937; longev_eu@longev.eu) — "we". The site presents the Longev platform to hotels and resorts. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Informational nature

The site content is marketing information, not a binding offer. Listed prices are indicative; the scope of services, price and conditions are fixed in the contract with the hotel. We may change the content of the site without notice.

3. Not a medical device

The Longev platform supports lifestyle and well-being. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, does not prescribe and does not replace medical treatment or consultation with a doctor.

4. Demo portal

demo.longev.eu is a showcase of the platform with fictitious data of demo guests. Using the demo for intrusion attempts, load attacks, bulk scraping or any activity that disrupts the platform is prohibited; we may restrict access without notice.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, design, screenshots and the Longev logo belong to us; any use requires our prior written consent. Garmin® and other marks mentioned belong to their owners and are referenced to describe compatibility; the site is not affiliated with Garmin Ltd.

6. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions of the site or the demo, for decisions made on the basis of the site content, or for the content of external resources we link to.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the competent court at the operator's seat; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
